PDF Tools 2026

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 24, 2026

PDF Tools 2026 is an Android utility for working with PDF and image files. This policy explains how the app handles information when you use its merge, split, compress, image-to-PDF, and PDF-to-image tools.

Information we collect

The current version does not require an account and does not ask you to submit personal profile information. The app does not include advertising SDKs or analytics SDKs in the current version.

Files you choose

You choose files through Android's system file picker. The app uses the selected files to complete the PDF task you requested, such as combining documents, extracting pages, compressing a file, or converting images. Processed files are saved or shared only when you choose an output action.

On-device processing

PDF Tools 2026 is designed for local document processing. The current app does not upload your selected documents to a company server for processing.

Permissions

The app uses Android file access flows so you can select and save files. It does not request broad storage access at launch. If future features require additional permissions, those permissions will be requested only when needed for the related action.

Data sharing

The current version does not sell personal information and does not share your documents with advertising networks. When you use Android share or open actions, your chosen output file is handled by the app or service you select.

Children's privacy

PDF Tools 2026 is a general productivity utility and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a support request, contact us so we can help remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
